Blueprint: Parenting from the Inside Out

As we hope and aspire to support the development of mature, cooperative, happy children, we also know how challenging it can be at times.  Many of us use variations of the same discipline methods when responding to behaviour that we find stressful. Research tells us that our parenting approaches tend to be influenced by the patterns from our own childhoods and this contributes to the ways that we automatically respond to behaviour that surfaces. Join us to unpack how discipline methods work as we look beyond extinguishing negative behaviour, and promoting positive behaviour understanding it’s source.
